Next was found, in which way it offers its products and attracts potential customers to buy its products. Following found out trends in tourist trade, some improvement for higher quality of production and higher competitive strength were proposed. One of the improvement proposals was to place more information about destinations and photos on the Internet to consumers have more information about what they buy. Photos should be added to printed catalogs. To have more consumers, travel agency should target the vacation packages in Italy and Croatia and give reductions in price for children up to age 15 years. And because the population becomes much more older, the travel agency could offer vacation packages for pensioners with recreational activities.
